Digital delivery
Because the licence and software files are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the algorithm has been installed and activated on your account.
Failed delivery
If we are unable to deploy the bot on your account for technical reasons on our side, and no working alternative can be provided, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
Trading losses
Refunds are not issued for trading losses, drawdown periods, broker restrictions, or performance that differs from historical or simulated results.
Duplicate payments
Duplicate or overpaid crypto transactions are refunded in full to the originating wallet after on-chain verification.
